Psychological testing is a common method used to assess for the presence of various psychological, intellectual, and learning processes that may be impacting one's ability to perform at their optimal level. It involves both educational and psychological evaluations and is available to children and adults for a variety of presenting problems; including attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) learning disabilities, autism and pervasive developmental disorders, vocational struggles, behavioral difficulties, intelligence and gifted placement, and personality testing.
